Scarf is made of 100% hand-spun wool, and can be hand-washed in cool water, and rinsed in cool water; wrapped in a towel and placed in the washing machine to spin the excess water out. Do not wash in the washing machine, must be hand washed. Do not agitate or wash too vigorously. Be very gentle when washing by just submerging the item. Same with rinsing. Use a very mild soap to wash item in. The colors of the Front Button Cowl Neck Scarf are shades of mauve. There are two button loops to accommodate the large decorative buttons.
